A modern residential and office - service building with a two-level underground car park called “Thespian", put it to use in 2011 with a usable area of over 10,000m2. Thespian is a Candidate for World Building of the Year 2011, the II Leonardo Prize winner at the Biennale of Architecture in Mińsk, Architectural Prize nominee of the weekly magazine “Polityka" as one of the 5 best buildings of 2012.
The building is equipped in i.a. air-conditioning system, moving curtains system and electronic access control, it is also under constant supervision (24-hour physical protection and reception).
