From 2011-2012 Prime Project carried out the duties of Project Management Company for the University of Wrocław in the construction and electrical disciplines under the investment entitled "Overhaul of the elevation and the roof including land development at Student Hostel "Słowianka" and "Parawanowiec"" at 26-28 Grunwaldzki Square in Wrocław.
Area of land development – 2 870 m²,
Total floor are of the buildings – 6 594 m²,
Total volume of the buildings – ok. 35 000 m³,
