From 2010-2011 Prime Project carried out the role of Project Management Company for Financial Invest Group sp. z o.o., providing comprehensive supervision in the construction, sanitary, electrical, tele-technical and conservation disciplines, under the investment entitled "Reconstruction of a service-office building in Wrocław's city centre at Św. Mikołaja 81 Street/Rynek 1, entered on the list of monuments under No. 499/Wm on 25.10.1992"
Size of the building – 1 725 m²,
Cubic capacity of the building – 6 298 m³,
Value of the investment – 4,76 mln PLN gross.
