Prime Project sp. o.o. since October 2017, has been project manager in connection with the fit-out works and “turn key” preparation of approx. 773 m2 of total office space for Fresenius Kabi Business Services sp. o.o. On completion, two floors of the building at Ruska 11/12 in Wrocław will house the Shared Services Center providing financial and accounting services for Fresenius Kabi units located throughout Europe and South Africa. The completion of finishing works is planned for the end of January 2018. The supervised investment means an increase in the floor space currently occupied by the Fresenius group which also has holdings in buildings at ul. Białoskornicza 1 and Ruska 11/12 .
