The "Quantum Oławska" building, a former Wrocławskie Zakłady Graficzne holding, has gained a new tenant: in October 2016 two floors were taken over by Infor Polska sp. z o.o., part of an international concern with its headquarters in New York. The company operates in the IT industry and is a global supplier of business software.

Prime Project has signed a contract for investor’s supervision with the Dutch investor Favorite Gift Prints Europe sp. z o.o., active in production of advertising materials. The Investor intends to build a production hall along with warehouse and a social-office building in Bolesławiec in a Subzone of the WSSE "Invest-Park", with a total area of 3.500 sqm in the general contractor system - “design and build”. Investment completion is scheduled for June 2017.

The construction of “International Playschool” - a new school and kindergarten complex together with sport facilities at Drukarska Street in Wrocław started at the beginning of September 2016. The General Contractor of the investment is the company Interbud-West from Gorzów Wielkopolski. The Investor – Construction and Education Services sp. z o.o. scheduled completion of the project on the end of August 2017, by that time the modern two-storey educational building with a usable area of over 2,000 sqm and capacity of 13,000 m3 should be completed. At this project Prime Project acts as Project Manager.

In connection with additional works concerning installation of precision air conditioning for the backup data center (server) along with related works at the construction of the Archive of Wrocław University of Technology in Wrocław, Prime Project sp. z o.o. has signed an annex extending the period of performing the supervision over the investment and expanding it because of new installation works.

The end of August 2016 is also ending the cooperation of Prime Project sp. z o.o. and Quatnum Project in terms of expansion and superstructure of the building located at Oławska 11 Street, former Wrocławskie Zakłady Graficzne. The object gained the additional space on three floors and a mezzanine, a total of approx. 800 sqm of new usable area. In this project we also acted as a Bank Auditor

Prime Project carries out the duties of the Project Manager for the investment consisting in rebuilding of a part of the building located at Zakładowa Street in Wrocław for an ophthalmologic clinic (one-day clinic with an ophthalmologic out-patients’ department).

Prime Project sp. z o.o. has signed an agreement for investment supervision in the sanitary at the rebuilding and modernization inside the main building of the Academy of Music on Jana Pawła II Square in Wrocław. The building of the Academy of Music remains under the protection of the heritage conservator, the investment will last approx. 4 months.

Foundation of International Education has decided to extend cooperation with Prime Project entrusting the property management of the International Education Center at Racławicka Street in Wrocław, which is nearing completion, to our company. From September 2016 Prime will manage a two-storey complex of modern educational buildings and a sports hall with usable area of nearly 10,000 sqm with the building volume of almost 50,000 m3, occupying more than 2 hectares of land. Students of ATUT Primary School, ATUT Lower Secondary School, WIS educational and childcare facility and Secondary School will begin the new school year education in the building.

Prime Project has concluded an agreement for project management at construction of a school and kindergarten complex together with sports part and the necessary technical infrastructure in Wrocław at Drukarska Street. The Investor – Construction and Education Services sp. z o. o. (Ltd.) –plans to build a two-storey educational building with the usable area of over 2,000 sqm with the building volume of over 13,000 m³ on a plot with the area of 6,620 sqm untill the end of May, 2017.

Prime Project has concluded the contract for managing communal areas of the real estate located at Gwiaździsta 6-12 Street in Wrocław. "Nowe Centrum Południowe" was established under the investment of the GPI Wrocław sp. z o.o. company (Grupo Prasa) in the Wrocław district Krzyki, between the skyscraper Sky Tower and Hotel Orbis Wrocław. In this modern multi-family building with the usable area of 25,397 sqm and an underground garage, are located 327 functional dwellings on eleven floors, among which can be found both - studios and six-rooms apartments. There are also 414 parking spaces in the underground garage. In this January the building obtained the use permit.

Prime Project has signed an agreement with Court of Appeals in Wrocław for performing investment supervision at the installation of air conditioning in the District Court at Świebodzka 5 Street in Wrocław. Investor’s supervision over the installation works will be conducted in the field of sanitary, electrical and construction branches. The completion of the investment is scheduled for the beginning of March 2016.

The international company Accenture outsourced performing of an analysis and preparing a full Technical Due Diligence (TDD) report to Prime Project sp. z o.o. The report was prepared in accordance with best practices and guidelines of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and concerned an assessment of the technical condition of the potential lease area in the office building West House B1 in the center of Wrocław, as well as the entire building.
